Dialing in to the Voicemail System
- From the bvoip softphone or a provisioned physical phone, call extension 999.
- Enter the PIN (personal identification number), 999 followed by #.
- Enter the extension number with which the voicemails needed to be accessed.
Extension Digit Length Different Than 3 Digits?
The Extension Number digit length to call and PIN to be entered will match the digit length of the extensions on the phone system. So, if your extensions are 4 digits, you would call extension 9999 and enter 9999# as the PIN.
Need to Access a Different Extensions Voicemails?
Pre-requisite: In order to access another extension's voicemail by Dial In, both the extension you are dialing from and the extension you are accessing need to have voicemail PIN enabled.
Follow the same process above but press the # key instead of entering your PIN in step 2, then enter the extension you want to access. Lastly, enter the extension's voicemail PIN.
