Adjusting System Prompt Sets

1. Login to the bvoip phone system. 
2. Click on the Dashboard drop-down menu.
   
3. Go to the Settings subsection.
4. Select the System Prompts box.
5. Scroll down to the Manage Prompt Sets section.
6. Click on the Copy button next to the Active Prompt Set. 
7. Locate the RECYAMSG prompt set.
8. Click the Record button to change the recording for this phrase. The Record Media Prompt pop-up will appear.
   
9. Select the extension from the drop-down to have the system call you so that the new recording can be made. 
10. Click the Ok button. The selected extension should then ring where the recording can then be made. 
11. Set the new recording as active.
